Mr. Mayank Holani
Mayank Holani is associated with the Schneider Electric group since August 2011. He is a Chartered Accountant with post qualification experience of more than 18 years with consulting firm as well as Indian, Scottish and French MNC’s handling Finance Planning & Analysis, Budgeting & Controlling, Accounts, Taxation, Internal Audit, Joint Venture Management, Business Partnering, etc. He started his career with Ravi Holani & Co., Gwalior, working on indirect taxes consulting. Thereafter, he moved to industry and joined JK Tyre & Industries Limited in Internal Audit function, then Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited in Corporate Reporting & MIS, followed by Cairn Energy India Pty. Ltd. in Business Finance, handling Indian and Sri Lankan JV finance. He joined Schneider Electric group in India in FP&A function and before moving to this position, he was Finance Head for Services business of the Schneider Electric group in India.
He is a Post Graduate in Commerce from Jiwaji University, Gwalior, Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also holds specialized qualifications on Information Systems Audit from ICAI and IFRS from ACCA.
