Suparna is a versatile professional with more than 25 years of experience across multiple sectors of the industry namely Infrastructure & Power, Healthcare & Diagnostics, Automotive, Semiconductors, Oil & Gas & FMCG – Retail.
Suparna started her career in Bata India, learning about Costing and Commercial Finance and gradually learnt about FP&A, Business Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury & Audit as she evolved in her multiple roles across market leaders in the industry. She has worked with Schlumberger – the Oil & Gas consulting leader, GAP – the garment retailing major, HORIBA – the Vehicle emission testing & Medical Diagnostics leader and is currently the CFO of Schneider Electric Infrastructure Limited (SEIL).
In addition to her core Finance role, she has managed Supply Chain Management, IT, Corporate Communications during her tenure at HORIBA, giving her a well rounded experience of Business & Operations, in addition to the Finance function. She has also setup a Global Capability Centre (GCC) giving IT services to group companies in HORIBA.
She is passionate about bringing Digitization & Transformation into her functions, driving sustainable organizational growth with efficiency and firmly believes that Finance as a function has evolved as business driver in these challenging times.
AI, ESG & CSR are her recent areas of interest, and she actively learns & contributes in this arena.
